Ordinances

• Trash and yard waste must be placed at curb no earlier than 7pm the evening prior to scheduled pick-up
• No excessive yard/garage sales (two per year, each three days in length); all yard/garage sales require a City of Flint permit
• No signs placed between the sidewalk and curb or on power poles
• Vacant/Abandoned structures must be maintained in a safe and secure manner, per city code
• Keeping more than three dogs requires a kennel license
• Graffiti must be removed within seven days
• No zoning ordinance violations such as non-conforming use of property
